When Jeetu Fauji came for a few days holiday in 2011, all the children used to ask how is an army job. what happens in the duty of the army, And some children asking about the bharti like how can the join army or police so they can work for country, Live for country.
Then Jeetu fauji tell them how can join the army and what you have to do joining indian army. he provide information about army duty and there adventurous journey or army duty.
Again jeetu fauji came for vacation from army he received the news that some of those children had joined the Indian Army. He was very happy. After this more children came and requested jeetu fauji to provide coaching to them too for indian army.
Then jeetu fauji decided to start a coaching academy and provide proper guidance and coaching for indian army bharti. He start giving physical training to children.
In 2013 aroun 15 children select in indian army. Seeing this impressive result, Jitu Fauji founded the Charlie academy CTCS in 2013 at prem nagar area of New Delhi 110086.
Many children around began to show a desire to join the Indian Army and many children continued to join Charlie Academy. In the same way, the process of joining children in the army continued...
In September 2014, for the first time IRO Army rally at Tau Devi Lal Stadium Gurugram where the children of Charlie Academy took part and 5 children of charlie Academy were elected in army.

Now a lot of children started wanting to make there career in Indian Army. Children from all corners of Delhi joined us. Keeping in mind the problem of their travelling time, Charlie Academy decided to start 3 more branches in Nangloi, Najafgarh and Avantika
Because now children started coming to Charlie Academy not only from Delhi but also from other states. To facilitate the stay of all those children, Charlie Academy also started hostels.
Facilities like hygienic food and clean bed for children and guard for their safety were also provided in Charlie Academy Hostel.
Our journey is still going on. We are ready to give our country more and more capable soldiers....
