 CRPF Head Constable and ASI Steno Vacancy

Officials have released a total of 1458 positions. Of these, 143 posts are reserved for ASI posts and the remaining posts are reserved for Head Constable posts. The vacancies are further divided into different categories. Please refer to the table for detailed information on the vacancies:

NOTE:  10% vacancies are earmarked for Ex-servicemen (ESM). If suitable ESM candidates are not available, vacancies reserved for ESM will be filled by nonESM candidates of respective categories. 

CRPF ASI Steno & HC Ministerial Eligibility

The officials have set the eligibility conditions for the post of ASI and Head Constable. Given below are the eligibility conditions for the above-mentioned posts:

1.)   Head Constable Ministerial

• Candidates must have passed Class 12th or equivalent from a recognized board.
• Your age should be more than 18 and less than 25 to apply for CRPF.
• English Typing Speed: 35 WPM
• Hindi Typing Speed: 30 WPM

2.)     CRPF ASI Steno

• Candidates must have passed Class 12th or equivalent from a recognized board.
• Your age should be more than 18 and less than 25 to apply for CRPF ASI Steno.
• Dictation: 10 Min @ 80 WPM
• Transcription: 50 Min in English or 65 Min in Hindi
