The selection process for Delhi Police Constable typically involves the following steps:

Education Qualification

Delhi Police Constable Exam Pattern
Computer Based Test (CBT)
The CBT is conducted for 100 marks with a duration of 90 minutes.
It consists of objective type multiple-choice questions.
The CBT includes four sections: General Knowledge/Current Affairs (50 marks), Reasoning (25 marks), Numerical Ability (15 marks), and Computer Fundamentals (10 marks).
Each correct answer carries one mark, and there is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
Candidates are measured for height, chest, and weight in the PMT.
For male candidates, the minimum height required is 170 cm, and the minimum chest size is 81 cm (unexpanded) and 85 cm (expanded).
For female candidates, the minimum height required is 157 cm, and there are no chest requirements.
There are no weight requirements for either male or female candidates.
Physical Standard Test (PST)
The PST consists of a race and a long jump/high jump event.
For male candidates, the race is of 1.6 km, to be completed in 6 minutes, and the long jump/high jump is of 14 feet/3.9 feet.
