Candidates who clear the PET are eligible for the next stage.

  1. Physical Standard Test (PST):

The PST is the third stage of the selection process, and it involves measuring the candidate's physical parameters such as height, weight, and chest measurements. The physical standards required for male and female candidates are:

  • Male candidates belonging to General, OBC, and SC categories are required to have a minimum height of 170 cms and 162.5 cms for ST category candidates.

  • Female candidates belonging to General, OBC, and SC categories are required to have a minimum height of 157 cms and 150 cms for ST category candidates.

  • Male candidates belonging to General, OBC, and SC categories are required to have a chest measurement of 80-85 cms and 76-80 cms for ST category candidates.

Candidates who meet the required physical standards are eligible for the final stage.

  1. Detailed Medical Examination

The DME is the final stage of the selection process, and it involves a thorough medical examination of the candidate's physical and mental health.
